Cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change from time to time. To provide clarity in advance, we apply the following cancellation policy:

For standard stays, free cancellation is possible up to 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the stay.

Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, no-shows or early departures will result in the full stay being charged.

For stays during the Christmas and New Year period, adjusted conditions apply. Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within this period will be charged in full.

We kindly recommend arranging appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
